Do It Yourself Party Decorations and Favors Print E-mail

Making your own party decorations and favors can save you alot of money while giving it a special touch and uniqueness.

Ok ladies, here are some tips on how to make beautiful decorations for your wedding or quinceanera party at a very affordable price. All you will need is a little bit of imagination and creativity in order to make some very pretty favors and decorations.

There are plenty of resources for some great ideas! Check the internet, magazines, craft stores and party stores to mention just a few. Put all your ideas on paper and give yourself plenty of time for these projects.

Decide what exactly you want and get started with a good check list. Make sure you buy all the material necessary for your projects. If you run out of material it may not be easy to find more of the same styles and colors. It is always better to buy extra stuff.

These types of projects require lots of patience. Just remember that practice makes experience. You will most likely be slow at the beginning, but as you continue to make more of the same items, you will slowly begin to pick up speed.

This is great information. I will be checking back to see all your new tips. My daughter will turn sixteen in December and we will be doing all the decorations ourselves. I hope you post some other good decorating ideas for sweet sixteen celebrations!
